I found yoga and Ayurveda early on in my life, as an inquisitive teenager growing up in Italy, eager to know about mysterious truths I could only intuit. These ancient traditions provided nourishment and support throughout the different phases of my life, comforting rituals to rely on in peaceful times, and pillars of strength to fall back onto during inevitable life storms.
